Working sustainably across high-altitude, granite-rich parcels, he vinifies Gamay with minimal intervention, relying on native yeasts and gentle infusion rather than heavy extraction. The result is a wine that balances floral lift, juicy red fruit and a fine mineral backbone. The 2023 vintage is particularly bright and fluid — a modern, precise Beaujolais with an elegant, silken texture.
Serve slightly chilled (12–14°C).
