Working sustainably across high-altitude, granite-rich parcels, he vinifies Gamay with minimal intervention, relying on native yeasts and gentle infusion rather than heavy extraction. The result is a wine that balances floral lift, juicy red fruit and a fine mineral backbone. The 2023 vintage is particularly bright and fluid — a modern, precise Beaujolais with an elegant, silken texture.

Primary
Aroma / Nose: Raspberry, wild strawberry, violet, rose petal, sweet pepper and crushed granite.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Silky, lively and crisp. Red berries dominate, supported by floral notes and a clean mineral line. Tannins are soft and powdery, acidity fresh and finely tuned.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium, aromatic and refreshing — raspberry, cherry skin and a gentle herbal-mineral echo.
