The result is a Chardonnay that stays true to Sicily: vibrant, mineral, subtly tropical and elegant rather than heavy. The vintage shows clarity, balance and a refined coastal freshness.

Aroma/Nose: Lemon zest, white peach, green apple, acacia blossom, almond, delicate tropical hints and a soft mineral breeze.

Palate/Taste: Fresh and harmonious, with citrus (lemon, mandarin), peach, crisp apple, light creamy notes and a subtle nutty accent. Clean acidity creates lift and purity, while the texture remains smooth and refined.
