Crafted by Frédéric Sigonneau from organically farmed Cabernet Franc, this cuvée is deeper and more structured than his lighter wines, yet still defined by purity and restraint. The 2023 vintage reveals tension, freshness, and aromatic precision — a Loire red that combines quiet power with natural grace.

Serve it with roasted duck breast, lamb chops with thyme and garlic, or pork tenderloin with lentils and herbs.
