This Cabernet Franc is crafted from parcels expressing Chinon’s limestone and gravel soils, giving tension, perfume and effortless drinkability. Fermented with native yeasts and aged without perceptible oak, the wine remains bright and transparent, offering a modern Loire profile — lifted aromatics, crunchy fruit and fluid elegance.
Serve slightly chilled (13–15 C). Les Cinq Éléments 2023 pairs beautifully with bistro dishes: roast chicken, grilled pork, duck with berries, charcuterie, lentil salads, mushroom quiche, ratatouille or soft cheeses like Saint-Nectaire and Tomme. Its freshness also makes it ideal for tuna tataki and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
