Aroma/Nose : Red cherry, wild strawberry, pomegranate, fresh herbs (maquis), rose petal and crushed stone with hints of sea salt.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light and juicy, with crunchy red berries, cherry skin, subtle spice and a distinctly mineral backbone. Tannins are very fine and sandy; acidity fresh and lively. Pure, transparent and quietly savory.

Finish: Fresh, herbal and lightly saline, with lingering red fruit and mineral clarity.
