Tasting Characteristics

Domaine Nicolas Mariotti Bindi Zinzinu 2024 distills the luminous spirit of Corsica into a glass — vibrant, saline, and full of life. Made from organically farmed Vermentinu, it radiates freshness and Mediterranean clarity. Its balance of citrus brightness, gentle texture, and sea-kissed minerality captures the wild beauty of Patrimonio’s limestone slopes. A wine that feels both pure and alive — as refreshing as the island wind itself.

Aromas and flavours:

Primary

Aroma/Nose: Bright and aromatic — notes of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and wild herbs with a delicate hint of sea breeze and crushed stone.

Secondary

Palate/Taste: Lively and precise — citrus and orchard fruit meet saline minerality and subtle floral undertones. The texture is sleek yet softly rounded from lees aging.

Tertiary

Finish: Clean, vibrant, and lingering, with hints of grapefruit peel, almond, and marine freshness.

Gastronomy

Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, and Mediterranean cuisine. Try it with oysters, shrimp linguine, or burrata with olive oil and herbs. Also ideal with goat cheese, risotto with lemon, or grilled vegetables. Serve chilled (9–11 °C) — a wine made for sunlit meals and effortless elegance.
