The domaine’s minimal-intervention winemaking — native yeast, lees aging in steel — preserves purity and terroir expression. The result is a natural, elegant white: floral and citrus aromatics meet saline minerality and a gentle oily texture reminiscent of Mediterranean coast breezes.

Aroma/Nose: Zest of lemon, lemon balm, hints of white blossom, sea spray salinity and crushed limestone minerality. Slight herbal-medicinal lift, like fresh citrus leaves warmed by sun.

Palate/Taste: Light-medium body with a supple, almost silky texture from lees aging. Flavours of lemon rind, yellow apple, a whisper of nectarine, sea salt and faint herbs. Vibrant acidity keeps it crisp and lively, while mineral backbone gives structure. A subtle saline finish evokes shell-spray freshness.
