The wine is crafted to highlight finesse rather than power: gentle extraction, moderate oak and vivid acidity. The result is a fragrant, savory, mineral wine that captures the elegance of high-altitude Sicilian terroir.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aromat/Nos: Red cherry, wild strawberry, dried rose, blood orange, white pepper, volcanic ash, and subtle herbaceous notes.
Secondary
Smak/Podniebienie: Medium-light body with bright acidity. Red berries, pomegranate, citrus zest, gentle spice and a distinctive mineral-salty backbone. Tannins are fine, smooth and delicately structured. The wine is linear, fresh and quietly complex.
Tertiary
Finish: Elegant, spicy-mineral, with lingering red fruit, floral tones and a soft smoky echo.
