Join us for a unique evening in the heart of Warsaw – a tasting of wines from Bordeaux, a region celebrated for centuries as the cradle of some of the world’s finest wines. Located in southwestern France, Bordeaux is famous for its elegant red wines, with a tradition dating back to the 12th century. Here, vineyards are passed down through generations, and every bottle tells a story of the land, climate, and craftsmanship that shape its distinctive character.
During the evening, you will have the opportunity to taste five legendary Bordeaux wines, cherished by connoisseurs:
-
Château Haut-Brion 2015 – one of Bordeaux’s oldest estates, offering complex aromas of cedar, blackcurrant, and subtle spices. Each sip is a journey through the Graves region.
-
Château Lafite Rothschild 2021 – an icon of elegance, with a velvety structure and a harmonious balance of fruit and tannins, symbolizing Médoc’s long winemaking tradition.
-
Château Latour 2013 – powerful and intense, with deep character; a wine renowned for its longevity and refined taste.
-
Château Margaux 2012 – delicate and floral, sophisticated and perfectly balanced; an embodiment of Pauillac’s elegance.
-
Château Mouton Rothschild 2006 – rich and complex, with unmatched depth of aroma; each vintage is a tribute to the art of winemaking.
To perfectly complement the multifaceted Bordeaux wines, the LOMI chef has curated an exclusive menu with Georgian accents, designed to enhance the structure and aromatics of each wine. Guests will enjoy an exquisite gastronomic symphony, featuring:
- Basturma made from roast beef with aromatic chemen spices
- Mini khinkali with lamb meat in a truffle sauce
- Rack of lamb with demi-glace sauce, parsnip puree, and a hint of burnt rosemary aroma
- Slices of duck fillet on the grill with red currant mousse
- Filet mignon with red wine reduction and baked Georgian vegetables
