Les Gautronnières 2023 reflects the most transparent expression of Melon de Bourgogne from Bonnet-Huteau. Grown on gneiss — one of the most mineral-driven soils in Muscadet — the grapes deliver tension, salinity and precision. Long lees ageing adds subtle roundness while keeping the profile clean and linear. The 2023 vintage is bright, focused and deeply mineral, offering a Muscadet with exceptional clarity and gastronomic finesse.
Serve at 9–11 C. Les Gautronnières 2023 is outstanding with seafood: oysters, mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, sushi, grilled sea bass or cod with lemon. It also pairs well with goat cheese, herb-driven vegetable dishes, risotto with asparagus or linguine with citrus and herbs. Its salinity enhances clean, delicate flavours.
