At Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, organic and biodynamic farming bring purity, while natural fermentation and unsulphured élevage add depth and texture. The wine is aromatic yet refined: citrus zest, herbal tones, fine tannins and the saline imprint typical of Muscadet terroirs. It’s a modern, expressive orange wine — structured, dry, mineral and gastronomic.

Primary
Aroma / Nose: Orange peel, bergamot, quince, chamomile, dried apricot, wild herbs and a hint of wet stone.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Medium-bodied, textural and fresh. Citrus rind, peach skin, dried flowers and herbal notes meet a fine tannic grip and subtle salinity from the granite soils. Lees ageing adds a delicate, creamy background.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, structured and mineral — orange zest, spice and dried fruit linger with gentle tannins.
