Clos Moulin Chartrie 2023 represents the most mineral-driven side of Domaine Bonnet-Huteau. Grown on gneiss and mica-schist soils, Melon de Bourgogne gains tension, purity and a vibrant saline edge. Extended ageing on fine lees adds texture and subtle complexity without altering the wine’s crystalline clarity. The 2023 vintage is quintessential: bright, linear, citrusy and deeply mineral, offering a Muscadet with both finesse and gastronomic depth.
Serve at 9–11 C. Clos Moulin Chartrie 2023 is ideal for seafood-focused dining: oysters, mussels, clams, scallops, sushi, grilled white fish, sea bass with lemon, prawns or crab.
