Les Laures 2023 showcases the unique identity of Muscadet grown on gabbro soils — a rare volcanic bedrock that delivers smoky minerality, tension and impressive structure. Domaine Bonnet-Huteau farms biodynamically and ages the wine extensively on lees, giving the cuvée both clarity and subtle textural complexity. The 2023 vintage combines brightness, density and a refined saline edge, offering a more serious, gastronomic style of Melon de Bourgogne.
Serve at 9–11 C. Les Laures 2023 is outstanding with high-mineral, coastal or aromatic dishes: oysters, mussels, clams, scallops, sushi, roasted sea bass, ceviche, crab, goat cheese, vegetable terrines, asparagus dishes or risotto with citrus and herbs. The smoky mineral line pairs exceptionally well with grilled seafood.
