Domaine Bonnet Huteau Perles d'Agathe
Perles d’Agathe is crafted as a pét-nat, highlighting the playful yet precise side of Domaine Bonnet-Huteau. Made from biodynamically farmed Melon de Bourgogne, it undergoes natural bottle fermentation, resulting in fine bubbles, slight turbidity and vibrant aromatic lift. It offers the signature freshness and salinity of Loire Melon but in a sparkling, lightly rustic, ultra-refreshing expression. Crisp, honest and beautifully mineral — a pét-nat with real finesse.
Serve well-chilled (6–8 C). Perles d’Agathe is perfect as a joyful aperitif but also pairs beautifully with oysters, mussels, prawns, sushi, vegetable tempura, fresh goat cheese, light salads, ceviche or cold seafood platters. Its zippy acidity and gentle bubbles make it especially food-friendly.
