Domaine Bonnet Huteau Tougri
Tougri 2024 highlights the creative side of Domaine Bonnet-Huteau. Instead of Melon de Bourgogne, this cuvée blends Sauvignon Gris, known for its exotic aromatics and gentle spice, with Pinot Gris, which adds texture and ripe fruit. Organically farmed and vinified in stainless steel, the wine is clean, crisp and tonic, showing Loire freshness through a more aromatic, modern lens. The 2024 vintage delivers purity, tension and playful expressiveness.
Serve at 10°C. Tougri 2024 is excellent with grilled sardines, shellfish, ceviche, sushi, fresh salads, vegetable tarts, herb-roasted chicken, and — surprisingly — foie gras, where its freshness and aromatics counterbalance richness. Its lively acidity and aromatic lift make it ideal for both seafood and lightly fatty dishes.
