Corcelette is one of Morgon’s most prized terroirs, marked by granitic sands that deliver both aromatic lift and impressive depth. Frédéric Berne farms with restraint, aiming to preserve the purity of the site and the natural concentration of old vines. The 2023 vintage showcases intensity without heaviness, balancing generous fruit with mineral precision and a refined tannic frame.

Serve at 14–15 C to highlight its balance of richness and freshness. The wine’s darker fruit and firmer structure pair beautifully with roasted duck, chargrilled lamb chops, mushroom ragù, cured meats, or aged cheeses such as Comté or Tome de Savoie. Its blend of fruit depth and mineral tension makes it a strong match for earthy, caramelized dishes or truffle-accented cuisine.
