Bonnet Orange 2023 shows how Melon de Bourgogne transforms under extended skin contact. At Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, organic and biodynamic farming bring purity, while natural fermentation and unsulphured élevage add depth and texture. The wine is aromatic yet refined: citrus zest, herbal tones, fine tannins and the saline imprint typical of Muscadet terroirs. It’s a modern, expressive orange wine — structured, dry, mineral and gastronomic.
Serve at 10–12 C. Bonnet Orange 2023 pairs beautifully with aromatic, textural cuisine: roasted root vegetables, pumpkin dishes, tagine with apricot, spicy Asian plates (ginger, turmeric, lemongrass), hard cheeses, miso-glazed salmon, charcuterie, grilled halloumi, or herb-seasoned poultry.
