Ordolia 2021 stands apart within Bonnet-Huteau’s portfolio: a fully skin-contact Pinot Gris shaped by organic farming and minimal intervention. The grape develops a natural copper-orange hue and aromatic complexity when fermented on its skins. The 2021 vintage brings clarity and tension, melding citrus peel, dried fruits and floral tones with a subtle tannic frame and precise mineral edge. It is both expressive and elegant — a Loire orange wine with purity and finesse.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Orange peel, quince, dried apricot, bergamot, rose petal, wild herbs and a soft touch of spice.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Textural, medium-bodied and finely structured. Notes of citrus rind, peach skin, dried flowers and herbal nuances unfold over a gentle tannic grip. Lees ageing adds a whisper of creaminess, while acidity remains fresh and linear.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, mineral and subtly savory — orange zest, dried fruit and a delicate herbal-spicy edge.
Gastronomy

Serve at 12°C after aeration.
