Santellini Collection – four flavours
Santellini Limoncello – lemon nalewka. Made from natural lemons, it is a Scandinavian take on classic limoncello. Fresh and citrusy, with a well-balanced sweetness and acidity.
Santellini Cherry – cherry nalewka. The taste of ripe cherries, where juicy acidity meets gentle sweetness. A softer version of the traditional Polish wiśniówka.
Santellini Black Currant – blackcurrant nalewka. A deep, berry-rich profile with a light tartness. Enjoyable on its own and as a cocktail ingredient.
Santellini Strawberry – strawberry nalewka. An intense aroma of ripe strawberries and a pleasant sweetness. The sweetest nalewka in the collection and the most versatile for cocktails.
Nalewki as a gift
A bottle of nalewka is a safe choice when you want to give something more personal than yet another bottle of wine. The 200 ml bottles let you put together a set of several flavours or prepare small gifts for guests. The 500 ml version makes an elegant present for a name day, anniversary or family gathering.
The festive season is a special time – nalewki have long been part of Polish Christmas tables and gift baskets. Polish nalewki also work well at weddings, both on the table and as a thank-you gift for guests.
How to serve nalewka
Nalewki taste best lightly chilled. They are served in small nalewka glasses of about 30–50 ml – a narrower glass helps hold the fruit aroma. Santellini fruit nalewki can be enjoyed neat, as a digestif after a meal, or used as a cocktail base: Limoncello for a spritz, and Strawberry or Black Currant in drinks with prosecco or tonic.
Nalewka vs liqueur – what is the difference?
Under EU rules, a liqueur is, as a general rule, a spirit drink with at least 100 g of sugar per litre. Santellini nalewki are far less sweet – they contain between 13.8 and 25.1 g of sugar per litre. This keeps the focus on the fruit rather than the sugar.
