Tasting CharacteristicsThis version of Paloma is fresh, lightly dry and highly refreshing. Don Julio Blanco gives the cocktail a clean and refined tequila base, while the grapefruit mixer highlights its citrus character and adds pleasant fruity lightness.
It works beautifully as an aperitif, a summer gathering cocktail or an impressive serve for guests during home parties.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma: pink grapefruit, lime, fresh agave, citrus, gentle sweetness and light pepper.
Secondary
Taste: a balanced combination of clean blanco tequila and juicy grapefruit. The cocktail is fresh, sparkling, lightly bitter and easy to enjoy.
Tertiary
Finish: citrus and agave-led, fresh and slightly spicy, with pleasant grapefruit bitterness.
