Tasting CharacteristicsA bright, juicy invitation – ripe green watermelon meets premium British vodka in liquid form.
AU Vodka Green Watermelon channels the brand`s signature five-time distilled British grain base, elevated by vivid packaging and bold flavour infusion. The spirit`s foundation is crafted for clarity and purity; on that platform, the green-watermelon profile is layered to deliver impact without overwhelming the base. Its polished formulation suits modern cocktail culture while retaining a fun, vibrant flavour identity.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: A burst of fresh watermelon flesh, with hints of crisp melon rind and subtle citrus brightness.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Smooth entry, immediate watermelon sweetness, a touch of green melon peel freshness, soft grain warmth in the mid-palate and a syrupy edge that doesn`t dominate.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium length, clean but flavorful, leaving a light melon-juicy memory and a faint rice-grain base whisper.
GastronomyBest served chilled or over a large cube to allow the watermelon flavour to shine. It also works brilliantly in fruity-forward cocktails (think watermelon-mint smash or vodka-tonic with watermelon twist). Given its fruit sweetness and vibrant profile, pair it with: fresh melon & prosciutto or watermelon salad with mint and feta, grilled tiger prawns with citrus-melon salsa, soft creamed brie with a drizzle of honey and fresh melon cubes. You want to match the watermelon’s vibrancy and enhance it with freshness and light savory contrast.
