Tasting CharacteristicsFrom the rolling vineyards of Barolo comes L’Astemia Pentita Langhe Rosato — a luminous rosé that turns Nebbiolo’s noble structure into a symphony of freshness and grace. This rosato embodies modern Italian finesse: expressive, elegant, and quietly complex. Crafted from hand-harvested grapes and gently pressed to preserve the purity of fruit, it captures the spirit of Langhe in its most delicate form.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fragrant wild strawberry and white cherry mingle with rose petals, blood orange, and a hint of crushed herbs.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Vibrant and silky, revealing flavors of redcurrant, grapefruit, and subtle spice. The texture is sleek and mineral, framed by lively acidity.
Tertiary
Finish: Crisp and persistent, with notes of citrus zest and a faint floral echo.
GastronomyL’Astemia Langhe Rosato shines with Mediterranean simplicity. Pair it with grilled prawns, tuna tartare, or Niçoise salad to highlight its citrus vibrancy. Its fine acidity also complements creamy burrata with cherry tomatoes or roasted peppers drizzled with olive oil. For a summery twist, try it alongside prosciutto and melon, or seafood risotto — its fresh fruit and mineral edge keep the palate lifted and alive. Served chilled, it’s equally perfect for relaxed aperitifs or elegant outdoor dining.
