Tasting CharacteristicsMalfy Gin Rosa captures the spirit of the Italian coast — radiant, elegant, and effortlessly refreshing. Crafted in Moncalieri near Turin, this gin combines Sicilian pink grapefruit and Italian rhubarb for a dazzling citrus profile balanced by classic juniper. The nose bursts with fresh grapefruit zest and subtle floral sweetness, leading to a palate of zesty citrus, rhubarb, and gentle spice. The finish is smooth, clean, and sunlit — a taste of la dolce vita in every sip.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Pink grapefruit peel, rhubarb, and juniper.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Vibrant and fresh — citrus zest, rhubarb tartness, and herbal lift.
Tertiary
Finish: Light, clean, and refreshingly citrus-driven.
GastronomyServe with premium tonic water and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit for a vibrant Malfy Rosa & Tonic. Excellent in cocktails like the Mediterranean Spritz, Grapefruit Negroni, or Gin Fizz. Pair with seafood, fresh salads, or light pasta dishes. Malfy Rosa embodies the essence of an Italian summer — lively, aromatic, and beautifully pink.
