Tasting CharacteristicsChartron La Fleur Blanc is a bright and elegant Bordeaux white that celebrates freshness and finesse. Sauvignon Blanc brings zesty citrus and aromatic lift, while Sémillon adds subtle roundness and depth. The result is a beautifully balanced wine — crisp yet smooth, lively yet refined. It’s a refreshing expression of modern Bordeaux, perfect for every season and every table.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Vibrant and aromatic — notes of grapefruit, lime, and green apple lifted by white flowers, lemongrass, and a touch of wet stone minerality.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Crisp and balanced, showing citrus zest, peach, and gooseberry. The palate is lively with refreshing acidity and a soft, rounded texture from lees aging.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and precise, with lingering citrus, light herbs, and a hint of saline minerality.
GastronomyA versatile and uplifting white ideal for seafood, salads, and light Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy it with grilled prawns, oysters, goat cheese tart, or lemon-roasted chicken, where its acidity brings precision and freshness. It also pairs beautifully with sushi, pasta primavera, or vegetable risotto. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C — the perfect choice for sunny lunches, aperitifs, or elegant dinners by the sea.
