Tasting CharacteristicsPaul Mas Arrogant Frog Rosé captures the sunshine and joie de vivre of southern France in a glass. Elegant and playful, it combines aromas of red berries, citrus, and flowers with a bright, refreshing palate. Its light body and lively acidity make it both effortlessly drinkable and quietly sophisticated — a modern rosé that embodies French charm, character, and casual elegance.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Bright and charming — aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry, and rose petals with notes of citrus peel and white peach.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Fresh and lively, offering flavors of red currant, cherry, and melon. The palate is balanced by crisp acidity and a smooth, fruity texture.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering notes of summer berries and a touch of citrus zest.
GastronomyA delightful companion for light Mediterranean cuisine, this rosé pairs beautifully with grilled shrimp, Niçoise salad, goat cheese tart, or summer vegetables. It’s also ideal with sushi, antipasti, or fruit platters. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C — perfect for al fresco lunches, picnics, or long, sunlit evenings with friends.
