As this cuvée draws from over 100 Crus across Champagne, combining Pinot Noir`s depth, Meunier`s fruitiness and Chardonnay`s brightness, it captures the region`s diversity and the brand`s identity. Aged at least two years on the lees, the wine gains subtle depth and complexity without sacrificing freshness. The Brut dosage keeps it lively and elegant – perfect for celebrations, gifts, or simply everyday sparkle with style.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Light golden colour and fine, lively mousse. On the nose - ripe pear, yellow apple, white peach and subtle citrus, enriched by white-flower blossoms and a delicate almond-hazelnut nutty nuance. Fresh citrus peel and soft minerality bring elegance.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Fresh and vibrant, with juicy orchard-fruit flavours (pear, apple), hints of citrus, light almond or hazelnut note, and a clean mineral-driven backbone. The mousse is fine, airy yet structured, with crisp acidity giving lift and liveliness.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and refreshing, with a subtle bitter-almond or nutty echo, gentle minerality and a lingering sense of freshness and finesse. Perfectly balanced - neither heavy nor overtly sweet.
GastronomyServe well chilled, around 8-10 C, ideally in a tulip glass to let the mousse and aromas open up rather than disappear in a narrow flute. This cuvée is built for aperitif moments and easy celebration: its crisp acidity, citrus and orchard fruit, plus a subtle nutty note, make it a natural match for seafood and refined snacks. Oysters, prawns, scallops, sushi or lightly grilled white fish all benefit from the Champagne`s freshness, which cuts through salinity and delicately fatty textures. Soft, creamy cheeses or bloomy-rind styles (Brie, Camembert) also work beautifully, with the bubbles lifting the richness and the wine’s nutty edge echoing the rind and lactic notes.
