Tasting CharacteristicsA lively and unpretentious sparkling wine made in the ancestral Pét-Nat style, Saint Vincent bursts with natural charm. Zesty citrus and orchard fruit meet delicate leesy depth and a fine, rustic fizz. Its unfiltered texture and gentle bubbles create a raw yet elegant experience — bright, spontaneous, and full of life.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose:: Bright and aromatic with notes of green apple, pear, and lemon zest, layered with hints of fresh bread dough, white flowers, and a faint touch of hazelnut from the lees.
Secondary
Palate/Taste:: Vibrant and gently effervescent, offering juicy orchard fruit, citrus, and a touch of honeycomb. The natural fizz adds liveliness, while unfiltered texture brings roundness and authenticity.
Tertiary
Refreshing and slightly yeasty, with lingering citrus peel, stone fruit, and a chalky minerality.
GastronomyIdeal as an aperitif or with light fare — think oysters, sushi, goat cheese, or fresh salads. The soft bubbles and citrus freshness also make it a delightful partner for brunch dishes, quiches, or soft cheeses. Pair it with fried chicken or tempura for a fun contrast between texture and freshness. Serve well-chilled (6–8 °C), and swirl gently to integrate any natural sediment before pouring.
