Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Black cherry, ripe plum, blackberry, cedar, sweet tobacco, Mediterranean herbs and a hint of graphite.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium-plus body with smooth tannins and refined balance. Flavours of dark berries, plum, cassis, baking spice, cocoa and a savoury, herbal backbone. The oak is integrated, adding gentle warmth and texture. Acidity is well-measured, giving lift to the ripe fruit.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and harmonious, with persistent black fruit, spice and a mineral-dark chocolate echo.
