Tasting CharacteristicsAshmont London Dry Gin 43% is a refined interpretation of the quintessential British gin — crisp, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Crafted with traditional botanicals and distilled to precise dryness, it offers layers of juniper, lemon, and spice that unfold with graceful clarity. A modern classic built on tradition, Ashmont embodies sophistication in every pour — the essence of a true London Dry.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Bright and classic — dominant juniper balanced by zesty lemon peel, coriander seed, and soft floral notes of angelica and lavender.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Elegant and precise — juniper leads the way, followed by citrus oils, cardamom, and a hint of black pepper. The mouthfeel is smooth, vibrant, and perfectly dry.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and crisp, leaving a lingering echo of spice, citrus, and herbs.
GastronomyA gin that shines both in cocktails and on its own. Ideal for classic G&T with premium tonic and lime, or elegant cocktails like the Martini, Negroni, or French 75. For pairing, enjoy with smoked salmon, citrus-marinated prawns, or goat cheese crostini. Its clean, herbal backbone also complements sushi, oysters, or Mediterranean salads. Serve at 6–8 °C or slightly chilled in cocktails — an impeccable base for any refined moment.
