Fermented slowly at low temperatures, it captures the grape’s natural aromatic brilliance—rose, citrus blossoms, white peach—and balances sweetness with lively acidity and a delicate frizzante sparkle. The 2023 vintage is especially pure and fragrant, delivering a charming, joyful style that is both refreshing and indulgent.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Orange blossom, rosewater, white peach, lychee, ripe pear, mandarin zest, honeycomb and fresh grape must.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light, silky and sweet, lifted by gentle bubbles. Flavours of peach, apricot, citrus, pear nectar, sweet herbs and floral tones. Bright acidity keeps the wine lively and avoids heaviness.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium, fragrant and fresh, with lingering notes of peach, citrus and blossom honey.
