Tasting CharacteristicsSpaccavento Moscato 2023 is crafted from high-quality Moscato Bianco grown in the hills around Canelli, the heartland of the appellation. Fermented slowly at low temperatures, it captures the grape’s natural aromatic brilliance—rose, citrus blossoms, white peach—and balances sweetness with lively acidity and a delicate frizzante sparkle. The 2023 vintage is especially pure and fragrant, delivering a charming, joyful style that is both refreshing and indulgent.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Orange blossom, rosewater, white peach, lychee, ripe pear, mandarin zest, honeycomb and fresh grape must.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light, silky and sweet, lifted by gentle bubbles. Flavours of peach, apricot, citrus, pear nectar, sweet herbs and floral tones. Bright acidity keeps the wine lively and avoids heaviness.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium, fragrant and fresh, with lingering notes of peach, citrus and blossom honey.
GastronomyServe well chilled (6–8°C). Perfect with fruit tarts, panna cotta, lemon desserts, light pastries, sorbets, mild blue cheese, or as a refreshing aperitif. Its sweetness and aromatic lift also pair beautifully with spicy Asian dishes or brunch cuisine.
