Pradio Sauvignon Blanc
Pradio’s Sauvignon Blanc reflects Friuli’s cooler climate and mineral soils, offering a distinctly European interpretation of the variety. Rather than overt tropical fruit, the wine leans toward herbal freshness, citrus, and tension. Stainless-steel vinification keeps the profile clean and linear, allowing varietal character to emerge without exaggeration. This is Sauvignon Blanc designed for the table—measured, dry, and quietly expressive.
Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs naturally with seafood, light fish dishes, and vegetable-forward cuisine. Its acidity and herbal character work especially well with asparagus, fresh herbs, goat’s cheese, and dishes built on olive oil rather than cream. It also performs well as an aperitif when freshness is key.
