The style is Burgundian in its restraint, yet unmistakably alpine in its minerality and freshness — a Pinot Noir built on clarity and finesse rather than weight.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Red cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, rose petals, dried herbs, light tobacco, forest floor and a subtle smoky-spicy tone.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium-, silky and vibrant. Notes of sour cherry, red currant, raspberry, alpine herbs, a hint of tea leaf and fine earthiness. Tannins are gentle and well-shaped; acidity bright, giving precision and lift. Oak adds elegant spice and roundness.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium-long, fresh and mineral, with lingering red fruit, herbs and delicate spice.
