Tasting CharacteristicsCasamigos Blanco is the purest expression of Jalisco’s highland terroir — refined, modern, and elegantly smooth. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in mineral-rich red clay soil, it is slow-cooked for 72 hours and naturally fermented for over 80 hours. The result is a tequila that balances purity and complexity: vibrant citrus notes and creamy agave sweetness glide over a soft peppery warmth. Every sip reflects effortless sophistication — a tequila meant to savor, not rush.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fresh agave, lime peel, white pepper, and hints of vanilla and tropical fruit.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Smooth and crisp — bright agave, lemon zest, mint, and a touch of almond cream.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean, long, and gently spiced with a whisper of agave sweetness.
GastronomyServe slightly chilled (8–10°C) in a copita or tumbler glass. Perfect neat, on the rocks, or as the base for a refined Margarita or Paloma. Its light citrus and peppery character pairs beautifully with ceviche, tuna tartare, grilled shrimp, or guacamole. It also complements sushi, grilled chicken, or lime desserts. Casamigos Blanco is a tequila that shines through simplicity — pure, polished, and impeccably smooth.
