Tasting CharacteristicsCasa Bianca Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut captures the purity and finesse of the Asolo hills. Bright fruit and fine bubbles dance together in perfect balance, expressing freshness and elegance without sweetness. Notes of orchard fruit and citrus glide over a soft mineral backbone, while a whisper of floral charm rounds out the finish. Refined, balanced, and effortlessly graceful — it’s a Prosecco that speaks softly but leaves a lasting impression.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose:: Delicate and fragrant — aromas of green apple, pear, white peach, and acacia blossom, with gentle notes of lemon zest and spring herbs.
Secondary
Palate/Taste:: Fresh and lively with creamy, persistent perlage. Citrus fruit, pear, and white flowers meet subtle hints of almond and mineral saltiness. The mousse is fine and elegant, enhancing the wine’s graceful, airy texture.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and crisp, with citrus and floral notes tapering into a refreshing, slightly saline finish that invites another sip.
GastronomyA sophisticated aperitif and versatile food companion, this Asolo Prosecco shines with seafood, antipasti, and Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect with shrimp cocktail, oysters, or fresh burrata with basil, it also pairs beautifully with sushi, vegetable tempura, or light risottos. For brunch, enjoy it alongside smoked salmon or goat cheese tartines. Serve chilled at 6–8 °C — its crisp bubbles and mineral precision will elevate any celebration or casual aperitivo.
