The grapes are gently pressed parcel by parcel, fermented separately, and aged long on the lees to build finesse, depth, and fine perlage. The estate`s philosophy emphasizes contemporary style rooted in terroir: freshness, precision, and clean mineral tension set against subtle autolytic complexity.

Aroma/Nose: Crisp citrus (lemon zest, tangerine), white peach, green apple, and subtle florals. Hints of bread crust, almond, and delicate mineral tones unfold with air.
