Crafted in Franciacorta DOCG – Italy`s benchmark for traditional-method sparkling wines, this cuvée blends Chardonnay with selections of Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are gently pressed parcel by parcel, fermented separately, and aged long on the lees to build finesse, depth, and fine perlage. The estate`s philosophy emphasizes contemporary style rooted in terroir: freshness, precision, and clean mineral tension set against subtle autolytic complexity.

Aroma/Nose: Crisp citrus (lemon zest, tangerine), white peach, green apple, and subtle florals. Hints of bread crust, almond, and delicate mineral tones unfold with air.
