True to the Bouchet style, it is unpolished yet captivating, carrying the raw pulse of the vineyard.

Primary
Aroma/Nose: Black cherry, blackberry, cassis leaf, graphite, violets, damp earth, a touch of tobacco and a faint wild note from natural fermentation.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium-plus body with firm yet supple tannins. Flavours of dark berries, blackcurrant, bramble, crushed herbs and earthy-mineral notes. A savoury herbal edge and vibrant acidity give the wine structure and length. Texturally robust but lifted.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, earthy and slightly smoky, with persistent black fruit and mineral grip.
