Il Lusio Cava Brut is produced in Penedès from the classic Cava trio – Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada — using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. This winemaking approach lends structure and finesse while preserving the wine’s youthful freshness. Designed to be approachable yet authentic, it showcases Spain’s sparkling-wine heritage with a clean, modern profile rooted in precision and balance.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Notes of green apple, pear, citrus peel, white flowers, and a subtle mineral undertone.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Fresh and crisp, displaying orchard fruits, lemon zest, and gentle minerality. The mousse is fine, lively, and light, giving the wine a refreshing, easy-drinking flow.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and brisk, with a lingering touch of citrus and green apple; uncomplicated yet well-balanced.
