Primary
Aroma/Nose: Lemon zest, green apple, white peach, acacia blossom, almond skin and a crisp mineral edge.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light to medium-bodied, silky and bright. Flavours of citrus, pear, peach, soft herbs and a fine saline-mineral thread. Acidity is lively yet elegant, giving the wine precision and lift.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium to long, clean and mineral, with lingering notes of citrus, almond and white flowers.
