Bulle Ton Body is a natural-wine sparkling from a small, organic-minded estate in Jura – Domaine des Marnes Blanches, known for minimal intervention, respect for terroir and spontaneous energy. Crafted from equal parts Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois (from vineyards on limestone), grapes are whole-cluster pressed into stainless steel, then bottled when fermentation begins, leading to a lively, natural fizz without heavy dosage. The result: a wine that feels alive, elemental and unpretentious – perfect for those who appreciate honesty over polish.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Subtle yet fresh aromas of green apple, citrus peel, pear and a hint of crushed limestone minerality combine with delicate floral and orchard-fruit notes. Depending on the batch, you may catch a faint trace of white blossoms or soft herbal nuance.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Crisp and light-bodied, the wine delivers bright orchard-fruit flavors - green apple, pear, maybe a touch of white peach - with fresh acidity and a clean mineral core. The bubbles are soft, natural, giving a gentle effervescence that supports the wine’s purity rather than masking it.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and refreshing, leaving a delicate chalky-mineral aftertaste and lingering citrus-zest freshness. Finishes light, easy, and thirst-quenching.
GastronomyChill to 8-10 C and serve in a white-wine or narrow sparkling glass. Bulle Ton Body is ideal as a lively aperitif. Because of its fresh acidity and mineral clarity, it pairs well with light seafood (oysters, mussels, shellfish), sushi or ceviche; with simple fresh salads or crudités; even with lightly fried snacks or tempura.
