Tasting CharacteristicsSantellini Cherry is a sweet cherry liqueur from Ukraine, bottled at 17.5% ABV. It has a deep ruby colour and a soft, fruity profile. The moderate strength keeps it smooth and gentle, so it works neat and chilled as well as an ingredient in desserts and simple mixed drinks.

Santellini Cherry is a classic cherry nalewka with a bold taste of ripe cherries. It combines juicy acidity with gentle sweetness to create a harmonious, fruity profile. 17.5% ABV, available in a 500 ml or 200 ml bottle.
Taste and character
Cherry is one of the most recognisable flavours of Polish nalewki. Santellini Cherry puts the fruit first: ripe cherries on the nose, and on the palate acidity clearly balances the sweetness. With 13.8 g of sugar per litre, it is the least sweet nalewka in the Santellini Collection.
How to serve cherry nalewka
Serve lightly chilled in a small nalewka glass. Santellini Cherry is enjoyable neat after a meal and as a companion to desserts – especially chocolate ones. It can also be used in simple drinks with prosecco or tonic.
How it is made
Production starts with artesian water from a 125-metre-deep well on the producer’s premises. The water is combined with “Lux” class grain alcohol and the recipe ingredients in closed vats. The finished blend is filtered through quartz sand and repeatedly through carbon, then rested for up to 8 days. Every bottle is checked and rinsed before filling.
