Strawberry is the taste of summer in a bottle. Santellini Strawberry is the sweetest nalewka in the collection – with 25.1 g of sugar per litre – yet still far from the sweetness of a liqueur. Ripe strawberries are clear on the nose, and a light freshness keeps the nalewka from feeling heavy.
How to serve strawberry nalewka
Serve chilled in a small glass, or use it as a cocktail base. Strawberry nalewka pairs well with prosecco, tonic, sparkling water and lime – an easy way to make a fruity cocktail without extra syrups.
Strawberry spritz recipe
Fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts prosecco, 1 part Santellini Strawberry and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry or lime slice.
How it is made
The nalewka is made with artesian water from a 125-metre well on the producer’s premises. Water, “Lux” class grain ethyl alcohol and the recipe ingredients go into closed vats, then through quartz sand filtration and repeated carbon filtration. The finished blend rests for up to 8 days before it is bottled.
