Santellini Limoncello 17.5% 0.5l
Product characteristics
Santellini Limoncello is a sweet lemon liqueur from Ukraine, bottled at 17.5% ABV. It has a bright yellow colour and a fresh, citrusy profile. At a lower strength than classic Italian limoncello, it is lighter and gentler. It works well ice-cold on its own and as an ingredient in desserts and simple mixed drinks.
Serve ice-cold at 4–6°C, neat in a chilled glass or over ice. Pairs well with lemon tart, cheesecake, panna cotta, white chocolate and vanilla or lemon sorbet. It also adds a citrus note to tonic or sparkling wine.
Santellini Limoncello – Lemon Nalewka
Santellini Limoncello is a lemon nalewka with a Scandinavian take on the Italian classic. Made from natural lemons, it has a fresh, rich taste and a good balance of sweetness and acidity. 17.5% ABV, available in a 500 ml or 200 ml bottle.
Taste and character
Santellini Limoncello is for those who like bold but light flavours. Fresh lemon leads on the nose, while on the palate a pleasant sweetness is balanced by gentle acidity. With 14.1 g of sugar per litre, it is noticeably less sweet than typical syrup-based lemon drinks.
How to drink limoncello
Santellini Limoncello is best served well chilled. Pour it into a small glass as an after-dinner digestif or as a shot. It also works as a cocktail base – from a classic spritz to simple drinks with tonic or sparkling water.
Limoncello spritz recipe
Fill a wine glass with ice, add 2 parts prosecco, 1 part Santellini Limoncello and a splash of sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice or a mint leaf.

- Limoncello tonic – limoncello, tonic and plenty of ice, with a slice of lemon.
- Limoncello with sparkling water and mint – a lighter option for warm evenings.
How it is made
The nalewka is made with artesian water from the producer’s own 125-metre well, purified by settling and carbon filtration. The base is grain ethyl alcohol of “Lux” class, blended with water and the recipe ingredients in closed vats. The blend is filtered through quartz sand and several times through carbon filters, then rested for up to 8 days before bottling.
