Fermented and aged only in stainless steel, the wine avoids sweetness and focuses on linearity, clarity and acidity. Setúbal’s maritime climate reinforces Riesling’s natural vibrancy, while lees contact introduces subtle roundness without diminishing the wine’s clean, laser-like profile.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Lime zest, lemon peel, green apple, white flowers, crushed stone and a faint salty breeze.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Bright, taut and refreshing. Notes of lime, green apple, citrus pith, white peach and soft floral hints. A firm mineral line runs through the palate, supported by crisp, focused acidity. Texture is sleek, lightly rounded yet distinctly fresh.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium, citrus-mineral, with a lingering saline snap and floral lift.
GastronomyServe at 8–10°C. Excellent with oysters, shrimp, sushi, ceviche, steamed fish, vegetable tempura, salads with herbs, chicken with lemon, soft cheeses and goat cheese. Its acidity and purity complement light, aromatic and citrus-driven dishes.
