Xinomavro here shows its hallmark tension: high natural acidity, firm but controlled tannins, and a profile that leans more savory than fruity. Aroma / Nose: Sour cherry, dried tomato, and red plum dominate, followed by notes of olive, dried herbs, and subtle spice. With air, earthy and mineral nuances emerge.

Palate / Taste: Dry and structured, with bright acidity carrying red fruit and savory tones across the palate. Tannins are firm yet well-integrated, giving the wine grip without austerity. The profile remains linear, precise, and distinctly Mediterranean.
