Florian Mollet Pinot Noir 2022

Florian Mollet Pinot Noir 2022 captures the Loire’s cooler climate elegance — a red of finesse rather than force. It unfolds with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and violet before revealing fine tannins and a silky texture. The palate is both juicy and structured, balancing delicate fruit purity with savory undertones of earth and spice. It’s a quietly confident Pinot — fresh, transparent, and deeply refined, echoing Burgundy’s grace through a Loire lens.

This refined Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roast duck, grilled salmon, or herb-crusted lamb chops. Its bright acidity also makes it ideal for mushroom risotto, roasted root vegetables, or charcuterie. For cheese, pair with Brie de Meaux or Comté, where its fruit and acidity balance creamy textures. Serve lightly chilled at 14–16 °C to emphasize its freshness and fine aromatics — perfect for elegant dinners or slow evenings shared with conversation and candlelight.
