Pago de Tharsys, a boutique Spanish winery from Requena near Valencia and a pioneer in the production of premium Cava in the region, is a brand that has earned international recognition for its commitment to organic viticulture and exceptional terroir. Founded in 1808, the estate is closely associated with Vicente García, considered the father of Cava from Valencia.

The winery is known for its certified organic vineyards, located at around 800 metres above sea level on unique limestone soils formed over 30 million years ago. This Miocene-era terroir, combined with the cooling microclimate created by surrounding forests and lakes, produces wines and Cavas that are fresh, aromatic, elegant and remarkably age-worthy.

Pago de Tharsys also preserves its original underground cellar carved into limestone rock and crafts wines under three appellations: its own Pago Tharsys DOP, DO Cava and DO Utiel-Requena.
