The wine’s origin in Argentina gives it sun-driven fruit, the oak ageing adds texture, and the moderate ABV (13.5%) helps retain freshness. It’s an accessible red with serious character.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Deep ruby-purple in the glass. Aromas of ripe blackberries, plums and black cherries, layered with dark chocolate, vanillin oak, subtle cocoa and gentle toasted oak notes.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Medium-plus body with juicy dark fruit core, soft but defined tannins, and smooth oak integration. Flavours lean to blackberry compote, black cherry, hints of mocha, dark chocolate and a slight spice. The textural oak presence is present but not dominant.
Tertiary
Finish: A lingering finish with dark fruit echoes, gentle chocolate/coffee undertone and a smooth closing that invites another sip, without being aggressive.
