Tasting Characteristics

Domaine Adrien Berlioz Égleton 2024 channels the clarity and freshness of the Alps into a single glass. Crafted from Jacquère, Savoie’s signature grape, it brims with mountain purity — citrus, blossom, and minerality framed by razor-sharp acidity. Light, energetic, and effortlessly elegant, it embodies the precision of cool-climate winemaking and the soulful calm of alpine air.

Aromas and flavours:

Primary

Aroma/Nose: Fragrant and alpine — fresh citrus zest, white peach, and pear mingled with elderflower, crushed stone, and mountain herbs.

Secondary

Palate/Taste: Lively and pure — bright acidity and mineral tension carry flavors of green apple, lemon, and alpine flowers. The texture is sleek, almost crystalline.

Tertiary

Finish: Long and saline, echoing citrus peel, wet rock, and a hint of fresh herbs.

Gastronomy

A natural partner for freshwater fish, seafood, goat cheese, and light alpine fare. Perfect with raclette, grilled trout, or vegetable tart. It also complements sushi, oysters, and herbed salads beautifully. Serve well chilled (9–11 °C) — the taste of mountain spring captured in a glass.
